Shipping rates

Available carrier services and shipping charges are shown during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and carrier availability. Live rate information is provided through Shippo. The shipping amount selected at checkout is shown before payment is submitted.

Order processing

Paid orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment confirmation. If an inventory or fulfillment issue prevents us from completing an order, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.

Delivery estimates

Carrier transit times shown during checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by McGraw Supply LLC. Weather, carrier delays, address issues, holidays, and other conditions can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number is associated with the order after shipment and may be sent by email. Customers may also use the Order Lookup page.

Local pickup

Eligible orders may be offered local pickup at no shipping charge. Customers should wait for confirmation that the order is ready before traveling to pick it up. Pickup instructions are provided with the order or directly by McGraw Supply LLC.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed before shipment.
