Return & Exchange Policy
At McGraw Supply, we put our customers first and strive to deliver a great customer experience. We stand behind the items we sell and will work with customers when an order arrives defective, damaged, materially different from the listing, or when the wrong item was shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or shipped incorrectly. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all included parts, accessories, packaging, and labels when reasonably possible.
For approved defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items, McGraw Supply will provide return instructions and may provide a prepaid return label when appropriate.
Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to item availability. Approval is not guaranteed. If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions before any item is returned.
Non-returnable situations
We may deny a return when an item has been altered, modified, disassembled, damaged after delivery, is missing components, or is returned in a condition materially different from the condition in which it was sold. Custom-made or personalized items may also be non-returnable unless they are defective or were produced incorrectly.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund after it is issued.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact McGraw Supply through the Contact page and include your order number, the item involved, and a short description of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged or defective items.
Policy notes
This policy applies to purchases made directly through mcgrawsupply.com. Marketplace purchases may also be subject to the policies and procedures of the marketplace where the order was placed.
